Chill Out Tip

While this is of course the most wonderful time of the year, it also can be the most stressful and exhausting time of the year. Shopping cooking, having visitors, partying, it can all be overwhelming. Remember to take a few moments for you to wind down and relax. One great way to do this is to cover your forehead with your hand. This is actually an instinctive thing to do when you are stresses, and it works. The point is that it brings fresh oxygenated blood to your brain, where you carry stress. Just two minutes will chill you out. This is healthier and more beneficial than reaching for the sweets or downing a glass of mulled wine.
