    Tuna Chilli

 
Tuna Chilli Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Calories: 275 (per serving)
Fat: 6 g (per serving)

   
 
   
  Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, chopped finely
125g/5oz mushrooms, sliced
1-2 tsp hot chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mixed dried herbs
400g can of chopped tomatoes
200g can of tuna in water, drained
420g can of kidney beans in water, drained
198g can of sweetcorn, drained
salt and freshly ground black pepper



Heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently cook the onion and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the chilli powder, cumin and herbs.
Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.

Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
