    Prawn and Fruit salad

 
Prawn and Fruit salad Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
Calories: 128 (per serving)

  Ingredients
1 large pawpaw (papaya), halved, peeled and sliced into cubes
4 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into cubes
125g/5oz strawberries, halved
400g pack prawns
15g pack chives, finely chopped
juice of 1 lemon


In a salad bowl combine the fruit and prawns.
Pour the lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle over the chives.
Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
