Ingredients
A can of chickpeas in water 2 (5ml) of olive oil 2 (5ml) teaspoons of tahini (sesame seed paste) optional Juice of a lemon A clove of garlic Black pepper
Chop the garlic finely. Drain the chickpeas and put into a blender with all of the other ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add a little water if the paste is too thick and blend briefly again.
