The 6 Second Abs machined, heavily promoted on the home shopping channels, is one little machine which actually works. However, the title is a little misleading as your work out has to be a tad longer than 6 seconds. The 6 seconds actually refers to the time is takes to complete one sit-up. You simply sit upright in a chair, place the machine on your lap and press down for three seconds and then come up for three seconds. Very effective. Comes with instruction DVD.
