What our members said:
19 Jan 2003 - i love it & use it all the time. you only need a couple of suirts for a stir fry or a fried egg and as its so low in caloties, its a healthy alternative to standard cooking oils. 19 Jan 2003 - Although it is really convenient and really low in fat it is also full of unwanted additives. I prefer to use a teaspoon of olive oil or water instead. 15 Dec 2004 - Yes is does have quite a few additives but as someone who has just started my diet I am finding this a lifesaver for reducing my calories and fat each time I cook. It does everything for me from scrambled eggs to stir frys. It also shows just how little fat you can actually use to cook things with. A good product for a dieter.

Available at all major supermarkets, for approximately £1.95
Fry Light spray cooking oil comes in two varieties, sunflower oil and olive oil. It comes in a 250ml can which amazingly replaces 7 litres of oil. 1 Spray has one calorie and you need approximately 4 sprays to cover a medium sized fry pan. Fry light can also be used for spraying over roasting potatoes or vegetables.
