The blurb that advertises these slimming patches say that it is the active seaweed ingredients in these discreet daily slimming patches that stimulate your metabolic rate (the rate at which fat and calories are burned) in a safe and natural way. Average weight loss is 3lbs per week although results vary from 1lb to 9lbs weight loss in just one week.
They may work if you believe that they can work (it’s that placebo effect again!), but I suspect that the only pounds you will lose will be the cost of the patches!
